Abstract
Objective To investigate the reasons of drug return in the dispensary for outpatients to provide reference for the reduction and standardization of drug return. Methods The analysis was performed on the data regarding patients' drug return in the outpatient dispensary of our hospital between July and December 2009. Results The main causes of drug return were the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, patient refusing medication and progression or change of the disease, etc. Conclusion Decreasing the occurrence rate of drug repercussion can improve the relationship between doctors and patients and increase the quality of medical service. So the strict drug return system should be established to standardize the behavior of drug repercussion and ensure the medication safety.关键词
