Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the irrational use status of antibiotics in clinic to provide basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods A thousand cases of medical records were randomly extracted in our hospital from June to September 2010 for retrospective analysis. Results The representation forms of irrational use of antibiotics can be summarized as the relaxed indications, improper drug selection, unscientific administration, inappropriate antibiotic powder solvents, inappropriate combination therapy and relaxed preventive drug use, etc. Conclusion The rational comprehensive intervention measures should be adopted to reduce the use rate of antibiotics and increase the level of rational drug use in clinic.关键词
