Research and analysis of the influencing factors of the physician-patient relationships
摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the influencing factors of the physician-patient relationships and build a harmonious relationship. Methods We conducted a series of survey for the patients and physicians. Results In all the factors that affect the physician-patient relationships,the proportion of high to low was:quality of medical care,doctor-patient communication,the working attitude, medical expenses,convenience of treatment. Conclusion In order to build a harmonious physician-patient relationship, we should focus on the quality of medical care;strengthen medical ethics education and the communication between doctors and patients.关键词
