摘要

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Human immunodeficiency virvs binds to CD4 receptors in human thymocytes, and thus causes activitydecreasing in CF=D4 celts.OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between human embryo thymocytes and human immunodeficiency virus.METH ODS: Primary cultured human embryo thymocytes were divided into experiment group and control group. Experimentalthymocytes were mixed cultured with human immunodeficiency virus 1 III B. Controlthymocytes were cultured without humanimmunodeficiency virus.RESULTSANDCONCLUSION: According to trans miss io n electron microscopy, mass we human immunodeficiency virus particlesemerged in thymocytes treated with human immunodeficiency virus at the 40h hour after cutivation.According to MTT assay andimmunohistochemic al staining, the absorb anee in thymocytes treated with human immunodeficiency virus was significantly lowerthan that in the control thymocytes at the 40h hour to the 2nd day after cultivation (r=0.9733. P<0.06) The Fas-Lpositive rate ofthe experiment thymocytes treated with human immunodeficiency virus increased on cell membranes and in cytoplasm (p <0.05).These findings indicate that human immunodeficiency virus decreases the cell activity in primary cultured human embryothymocytes.
