摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of low weight infants with congenital heart diseases associated with serious pulmonary hypertension. Methods From Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2011, retrospectively reviewed perioperative condition of 320 congenital heart disease cases of infants who weigh less than or equal to 10kg. Results All patients underwent the operation. 6 infants were died and the perioperative mortality was 1.88%, the reason of death as follows, 3 cases caused by low output syndrome ( LOS), 2 cases caused by pulmonary hypertension and 1 case caused by vicious arrhythmia. Pulmonary artery pressure decreased obviously revealed by the follow-up cardiac ultrasound examination. Conclusion Operation in time, proper perioperative care, strengihen postoperative care are the key points for the treatment of low weight infant suffered from congenital heart disease associated with pulmonary hypertension.关键词
