摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze Ardisia japonica essential oil constituents. Methods The essential oil extracted by steam distillation, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC - MS. Results A total of 62 peaks were separated, and 44 compounds were identified, of which there are more content caryophyllene(34. 99% ),followed by hexadecanoic acid(20. 44% ) ,α-selinene(6. 69% ). Conclusion Essential oil composition of Ardisia japonica in Enshi area has been analyzed for the first time,provide some of its basis for further development and utilization.
