Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the use situation of traditional Chinese sedative medicines in the neurology department so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use in our hospital. Methods From the network information database, the utilization of traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients in the neurology department during 2008 - 2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum, DDDs by classification. Results During these 3 years, the utilization of traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients accounted for 26. 67% of traditional Chinese patent medicines in the neurology department and 48. 04% of traditional Chinese sedative medicines in whole hospital outpatient department. Conclusion The structure utilizing traditional Chinese sedative medicines for outpatients in the neurology department is stable with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of being popularized in clinic.关键词
