Abstract
BACKGROUND: Previous diagnose of renal ischemia reperfusion mainr/ depends on biochemical and pathological examination.Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) can mini-invasn/ely rapidly display renal blood flow changes following renalischemia/reperfusion injury.OBJECT P/E: To evaluate rabbit renal arterial hemodynamical changes after renal ischemia reperfusion using CDFI. and aruryz*the correlation between arterial hemodynamical changes and renal function indices including blood urea nitrogen (BUN) andcreatinine(Cre).METHODS: Fifty-six r abb rts were randomly divided into normal control group, ischemia reperfusion group and sham operationgroup. Rabbrts were established into renal ischemia reperfusion model: in the ischemia reperfusion group. Rabbits in the shamoperation group underwent resection of the right kidney. No treatment was performed in the control group. According to differenttime points, three subgroups were used in the former two groups.RESULT SAND CONCLUSION: With aggravation of renal ischemia reperfusion injury, the systolic velocity, pulsatilrty index.resistance index and BUN and C re were gradual^ increased and reached the peak at24 hours. Hemodynamical changes firstappeared in the interlobar artery. Resistance index is the most sensrtn/e index to reflect the degree of renal ischemia reperfusioninjury. CDFI is an effective method to evaluate renal ischemia/reperfusion injury degree.关键词
