扶正化瘀胶囊联合核苷类抗病毒药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的meta分析
Meta analysis on Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined with nucleoside antiviral drug for chronic hepatitis B
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluale ihe efficacy of Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined wilh nucleoside anliviral drugs for palienls wilh chronic hepalilis B. Methods The palienls in conlrol in included papers were Irealed wilh nucleoside anliviral drugs while ihose in tail group were Irealed wilh Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined wilh nucleoside anliviral drugs. Independenl evaluation on ihe methodological qualily of included sludies was conducted by Iwo researchers and mela analysis was performed by RevMan5. 1 software. Results Tolally 17 RCTs,l 320 palienls wilh chronic hepalilis B were enrolled, including 636 in conlrol group and 684 in Irial group. The methodological qualily of one study was graded as class B,of sixleen studies were as class C . Mela-analysis showed thai; there was no significant difference in four indicators (alanine aminolransferase,ALT; aspartale aminotansferase, AST; tolal bilirubin,TBIL; albumin,ALB)of liver function between ihe two groups afler trealing for 24 weeks (P>0.05) ,however after Ireating for 48 weeks, ihe levels of ALT, AST,TBIL were decreased while thai of ALB was increased (P <0. 05). There were statistical differences in the Iwo indicators of liver fibrosis ( hyaluronic acid,HA; IV-collagen, IV-C) afler trealing for 24 weeks between ihe two groups,and ihe levels of HA, IV-C were continued lo decrease after Ireating for 48 weeks ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the portal vein diameter belween the Iwo groups ( P > 0. 05 ) and the spleen ihickness was reduced significantly in tail group ( P < 0. 05 ) after Ireating for 24 weeks; bul after Ireating for 48 weeks, ihe portal vein diameler was decreased (P<0.05) and the ihickness of the spleen was further reduced (P<0. 05). Serum HBeAg negative conversion rale and HBV-DNA negative conversion rale were not significant improved after Ireating for 24 and 48 weeks(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The syslem evaluation shows lhat Fuzhenghuayu capsule combined wilh nucleoside antiviral drugs is effective in the Ireatmenl of chronic hepatilis B . It can significantly improve liver function,liver fibrosis,anatomical largets afler using for the 48 weeks,however il has no significant improvemenl for indicators of serum.关键词
