手术治疗恶性青光眼的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss ihe surgical Lrealmenl melhods for malignanl glaucoma after ihe failure of pharmacolherapy. Methods Nine cases of malignanl glaucoma in our hospilal were relrospeclively analyzed. Surgical lrealmenl was provided lo all palienls after failure of pharmacolherapy. The surgical melhods included simple pars plana vilreous cavily punclure and drainage or pars plana vilreous cavily punc-lure and drainage combined wilh ihe reconslruclion of ihe anlerior chamber. Lenleclomy combined wilh anlerior vilreclomy was performed on one palienl. Results During ihe follow-up for one lo six monlhs, ihe inlra ocular pressure of all palienls ranged from 12. 2 lo 18.6 mmHg, wilh an average of 15. 5 mmHg, ihe deplh of ihe anlerior chamber recovered and remained slable, ihe visual acuily ranged from 0. 02 lo 0. 3. Conclusion Surgical lrealmenl should be provided soon after ihe pharmacolherapy proven lo be ineffective. Simple pars plana vilreous cavily punclure and drainage or pars plana vilreous cavily punclure and drainage combined wilh ihe reconslruclion of ihe anlerior chamber can relieve malignanl glaucoma effectively and ihose wilh serious malignanl glaucoma should be given lenleclomy combined wilh anlerior vilreclomy.关键词
