摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore ihe complicalions of laparoscopic cholecysleclomy (LC) and ils LreaLmenL. Methods The clinical dala of 4 420 palienls who underwenl LC in our hospilal from February 2002 Lo OcLober 2010 were relrospeclively analyzed. The causes of ihe complicalions,prevenlalive and LreaLmenL measures were analyzed. Results There were 4 420 paLienLs who underwenL LC; 88 cases (2% ) were converted Lo open cholecysLecLomy. PosLoperaLive complicaLions were occurred in 8 cases including 2 cases of clipping Lhe common bile ducL misLakenly by LiLanium clips,2 cases of aberranL bile-ducL leakage, 1 case of righL hepaLic ducL injury,2 cases of common bile ducL injury, 1 case of cysLic ducL necrosis by LiLanium clip. There was no paLienL died. Conclusion LC is of poLenLial danger; improving surgical skills and raising Lhe sense of responsibiliLy are Lhe prerequisiLes for Lhe safe surgery. Paying aLLenLion Lo Lhe complicaLion prevenLion and correct LreaLmenL are Lhe keys Lo Lhe successful surgery. Timely converting Lo open cholecysLecLomy is advisable, which can reduce or avoid Lhe complicaLions.关键词
