3种方法检测宫腔刮吸器清洗效果的对比研究
Three Detection Methods of Cleaning of Uterine Cavity Aspirator
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effects of three detection methods of the cleaning of uterine cavity aspirator and to provide basis for clinical application.Methods 300 sets of uterine cavity aspirators after untrasonic cleaning were divided into 3 groups.Uterine cavity aspirators in Croup A (n-100) were detected by Lustration test,in Group B (n-100) by Hemocheck and in Group C (n-100) by Clean-trace TM.Results Positive rate was 1% in group A,7% in group B and 9% in group C,which showed statistic significance (P=0.039).Conclusion Hemocheck and Clean-trace TM perform better than Lustration lest does in monitoring the cleaning of uterine cavity aspirator.And Heinoclieek could be applied to detect residual blood while Clean-trace TM to detect residual protein.关键词
