益肾排浊法治疗慢性肾功能不全63例临床观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe clinical effectiveness of the kidney- nourishing and turbid- expelling method on chronic kidney insufficiency. Methods: The patients ( n = 93 ) were randomized to treatment group ( n = 63 ) treated with Chinese medicines formulated according to kidney- nourishing and turbid- expelling method in addition to Bailing Capsules, and control group treated with Bailing Capsules. We compared before and after treatment creatinine clearance rate, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen as well as TCM syndrome changes. Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 60. 32% and 26. 67% respectively. Conclusion: The combination of kidney- nourishing and turbid- expelling medicinals and Bailing Capsules is clinically effective for treatment of chronic kidney insufficiency.关键词
