摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into the relationship between occupation self - concept and coping style of the clinical nurses,and so as to provide a theoretical evidences for training active occupation self - concept and better coping style of nurses. Methods: A total of 186 nurses were investigated by using the nurse occupation self - concept scale and planned coping style questionnaire. Results: The total level of nurse occupation self - concept was not high,most of them used the "Solve the problem -help" mature coping styles, fantasy took up the most in the immature coping styles,remorse was the least. Different self - concept levels of nurses had different coping styles. Total scores of nurse occupation self -concept were positively related to problem solving factor and help factor, and negatively related to rationalization, fantasy, back - off and self - reproach factors. Conclusion: Nurse occupation self - concept interacted coping styles eachs other, we should pay attention to the cultivation of the active occupation self - concept and coping styles for nurses.关键词
