Impact of Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Formula on IL-6 and TNF-α in Rats with Ischemia-reperfusion Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate impact of Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Formula on local inflammatory reaction in rats with ischemia - reperfusion injury. Methods: Forty Kunming mice were randomized to model group, high dose group, low dose group, Nimodipine group and sham operation group. Through ligature on bilateral carotid artery the disease model was established. The medication groups respectively received high dose or low dose of the Chinese medicine. After treatment, IL-6 and TNF-α. levels were determined. Results : The high dose group showed significantly lower level of IL- 6 and TNF-α. than the model group did, but the difference was not significant in comparison to sham operation group and Nimodipine group. Conclusion: Huazhuo Jiedu Huoxue Tongluo Formula can inhibit expression of inflammatory reaction factors, reduce inflammatory reaction so as to lower the intensity of ischemia - reperfusion injury.关键词
