摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical value of Hepatitis B Virus Large Protein(HBV-LP) detection. Methods Enzyme linked immunosor bent assay (ELISA) methods were used to detect the HBV-LP and hepatitis B virus markers,and HBV DNA was quantitatively detected using real-time PCR,then discussed the relationship between HBV-LP and HBV DNA, and contrast the positive rate between the three. Results There was a significant relationship between HBV-LP and HBV DNA (r=0. 86,P<0. 01). The positive rate of HBV-LP (95. 21% and 69. 86%) was significantly higher than HBeAg (49. 70% and 36. 99%) ,no matter HBV-DNA positive or negative (P<0. 01). The positive rate of HBV-LP (82. 55%) was significantly higher than HBV-DNA (44. 97%) in the HBeAg negative group (P<0. 01). Conclusion HBV-LP detection is a sensitive monitoring index to evaluate the disease progression,virus replication in the body,and antiviral treatment effect in the Hepatitis B patients especially HBeAg negative patients,it could improve Hepatitis B patients serological level.关键词
