摘要
Abstract
Objective To eaplore the relationship and value of serum pepsinogen levels and gastric lesious infacted by helici-bactor pylori(HP). Methods Selected anti-HP positive 168 cases. 45 cases of chronic superficial gastric. 32 cases of chronic atrophic gastric,28 cases with gastric ulcer and 25 cases with erosine gastritis. 38 cases with gastric cancer and 54 cases with normal control. Pepsinogen levels was detected with turbidivetry. Helicibactor pylori antibody was deteced with ELISA method. Results The PG I levels and the ratio of PG I /PG II were negative correlated with gastric cancer and decreased significantly than the normal control group(P<0.01) . The level of PG I was negative correlated with atrophic gastritis and decreased than the normal control group(P<0.01). The level of PG I was direct correlated with peptic ulcer and increased significantly( P<0.01). There was no statistical difference of the PG I level between chronic superficial gastritis caese and healthy peoples. Conclusion The levels of PG I and the ratio of PG I /PGII were reference indication of diagnosis of various gastropathy infected by helicibactor pylori.关键词
