大龄难治性发育性髋关节脱位的联合手术治疗
Combined operation for older children developmental hip dislcation

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the operation methods and effect of older children developmental hip dislcation. Methods 16 cases ( 18 hips )of older children( 7 ~ 16 y )were undergone open reduction, subtrochanteric shortening and derotation osteotomy , Chiari osteotomy and acetabular reconstruction. Results In 2 months after operation, the X-ray showed good hip reduction with normal femoral head and acetabular shape. The osteotomy healed. The bone density is similar to the ajacent. No bone necrosis was found. All cases were followed up for 1 ~ 7ys. According to the evaluation, the results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 6 and poor in 1. Conclusions It is effective to treat older children developmental hip dislcation with Combined operation.关键词
