Abstract
Objective To evaulate the effect of the operation for intra-articular calcaneus fractures. Methods 53 calcaneus fractures involving talocalcaneal joint in 45 patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation. The results were validated using Maryland Foot Score. Results 45 cases were followed up for 6-36 months. Excellent results were noted in 37 feet, good in 8 , fair in 5 , and poor in 3. Excellent and good rate was 84. 9% . Conclusions The treatment of open redution and internal fixtion is a kind of good method for calcaneus fractures involving talocalcaneal joint. It can achieve anatomical redutcion and patients can recover walking ability.关键词
