14-3-3σ和Mdm2蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及意义
Clinical significance of 14-3-3σ and Mdm2 protein expression in infiltrating breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of 14 -3 -3a and Mdm2 proteins in invasive breast cancer and its significance in prognosis. Methods The expression of 14 - 3 - 3a and Mdm2 was assessed in 73 infiltrating breast cancers, 20 ductal carcinoma in situ, 20 ductal epithelial hyperplasia of mammary gland, 10 intraductal papilloma, 10 adenosis of breast and 12 adjacent normal breast tissue samples by immunohistochemistry PV two - step method. Results The positive rates of 14 -3 -3a in infiltrating breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situsignificantly, ductal epithelial hyperplasia of mammary gland, intraductal papiloma of breast, adenosis of breast and adjacent normal breast tissue were 20.5% , 40.0% , 65.0% , 70.0% , 80.0% and 83.3% , respectively, with significant difference between infiltrating breast cancer and adjacent normal tissue ( P <0. 05 ). The expression of 14 - 3 - 3a was significantly correlated with TNM stage, axillary lymph node metastasis, recurrence, HER - 2 and ER expression ( P < 0. 05 ), but with no significant correlation with other clinical features ( P >0. 05 ). The positive rates of Mdm2 in infiltrating breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ, ductal epithelial hyperplasia of mammary gland, intraductal papiloma of breast, adenosis of breast and adjacent normal breast tissue were 61. 6% , 55. 0% , 45. 0% , 40. 0% , 30. 0% and 16. 7% , respectively, with significant difference between infiltrating breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissue ( P < 0. 05 ). The expression of Mdm2 was significantly correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis ( P < 0. 05 ), but with no significant correlation with the other clinical features ( P >0. 05 ). There was significantly negative correlation between the expression of 14 -3 -3a and Mdm2 in infiltrating breast cancer ( rs = -0. 458, P = 0. 000 ). Conclusion The altered expression of 14 - 3 - 3a and Mdm2 proteins in infiltrating breast cancer plays important role in breast cancer pathogenesis.关键词
