不同加工工艺对白术中白术内酯Ⅰ和白术内酯Ⅲ含量的影响
Effects of Different Processing Technology on Contents of Atractylenolide-Ⅰ and -Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of different processing technology on the contents of atractylenolide- Ⅰ and - Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. Methods The contents of atractylenolide-Ⅰ and -Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae were determined by reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography with Phenomenex C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0. 02% phosphoric acid (64:36) with the flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Different processing technology had an effect on the contents of atractylenolide- Ⅰ and -Ⅲ in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae. The contents of atractylenolide- Ⅰ and -Ⅲ ranked first in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly after dried for several hours, followed by those in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly at the producing areas, and those ranked last in Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae processed by traditional technology. There were no significant differences between inherent quality of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae dried at low temperature and that dried in oast house. Conclusion Considering the appearance,the quality of fresh Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae sliced directly after dried for several hours is the best.关键词
