虫媒黄病毒NS5蛋白的生物学功能研究进展
Advance in research on biological functions of nonstructural protein 5 of arthropod-borne flavivirus
摘要
Abstract
Arthropod-borne flavivirus includes multiple important human pathogens. Its single-sense genomic RNA encodes 3 structural proteins and 7 nonstructural proteins. NS5 is the largest flaviviral protein, which contains S-adenosyl methyltransferase and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase activities and plays an important role in genome replication. Recently, it was shown that NS5 can regulate the host antiviral response through several mechanisms. These multifunctional characteristics make NS5 an ideal antiviral target. Recent advances on the functions of NS5 of arthropod-borne flavivirus are reviewed.关键词
