自拟清化消瘀方辅治糖尿病患者颈动脉斑块临床观察
Clinical observation of the self-developed Qinghuaxiaoyu decoction applied to treatment the patients with diabetic merging carotid artery plaque

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of self-developed Qinghuaxiaoyu decoction on assistant treatment the carotid artery plaque with diabetic. Methods Consecutive 60 cases of patients with diabetes were divided into 2 groups randomly, one group was control group( n =30,treated with metformin hydrochioride tablets ), the other was treatment group ( n = 30, treated with metformin hydrochioride tablets and Qinghuaxiaoyu decoction ). The treatment course was 4 weeks. The HbAlc^FPG, 2hPG, TC,TG, LDL-C and IMT were determined before and after the treatment. Results After treatment these indicators such as HbAlc, FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG, LDL-C and IMT in both two group were obviously improved than those of before the treatment, the difference has statistic significance( P <0. 05 ). Furthermore, the difference of comparing the indicators of the two groups after the treatment had statistic significance^ P <0. 05 ). The general effectiveness ratio of the treatment group ( 86.7% ) was obviously better than that of in the control group ( 50.0% ), and the difference had statistic significance. Conclusion The self-developed Qinghuaxiaoyu decoction was applied in assistant treatment western medicine could effectively lower the level of blood glucose, the blood lipid and suppress the forming and development of the plaque, in which way the treatment effect was obviously better than the way of using the western medicine only.关键词
