彩超观察肝癌经肝动脉栓塞化疗前后门静脉血供的动态变化
Dynamic variation of portal vein blood supply in heptacellular carcinoma before and after transarterial chemoembolization observed by color doppler ultrasonography

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the dynamic variation of portal vein acting as afferent vessel and efferent vessel in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) before and after transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) by color doppler ultrasonography and the clinical significances. Methods Forty-two patients with HCC were treated by TACE two times. Color Doppler ultrasonography was used 7 d before and 7 d after TACE to determine the variation of blood supply type in heptacellular carcinoma. Results Before the first time of TACE, 50% of the cases presented with arterial blood supply and portal efferent blood flow in heptacellular carcinoma, 35.7% of the cases with arterial blood supply only, 14.3% of the cases with arterial blood and portal blood supply together, and no case with portal blood supply only. 7 days after the first TACE, 21.4% of the cases presented with arterial blood supply and portal efferent blood flow in heptacellular carcinoma, 19.0% of the cases with arterial blood supply only, 47.6% of the cases with arterial blood and portal blood supply together, and 11.9% of the cases with portal blood supply only. The changes were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The changes of blood supply in HCC before and after the second time of TACE were similar to the first time of TACE, but the changes were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion Portal vein can be changed from efferent vessel to afferent vessel and blood supply from portal vein is increased in heptacellular carcinoma after TACE.关键词
