中年高血压患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析
The Current Status and Influencing Factors of Self-management of Middle-aged Hypertensive Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of self-management of middle -aged patients with hypertension, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 200 middle - aged hypertensive patients were recruited from a general hospital in Zheng zhou and were investigated with the scale of self -management questionnaires and influencing factors questionnaires. Results Each dimension scores of self management were ( 12. 29 ± 3. 89 ) for daily - life, ( 12. 33 ± 2. 80 ) for self- management of cognitive symptom, ( 18. 88 ± 3. 88 ) for disease self -management, and ( 43. 50 ± 7. 03 ) for the total scores. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self - efficacy, attitude and education level were the influencing factors of daily-life self-management, for cognitive symptom self -management, education level, hypertension - related knowledge and gender were the influential factors, for disease self - management, self - efficacy, hypertension - related knowledge and family hypertension history were the influencing factors and for total self - management, self -efficacy and attitude were the influencing factors. Conclusion The current status of self - management in middle - aged hypertensive patients was not ideal, self - efficacy , hypertension - related knowledge and attitude, education level, gender and family history were factors influencing self -management.关键词
