Abstract
Objective To explore factors that may influence the quality of life ( QoL ) of acute leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods We survey the QoL of 180 acute leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy using self - compiled general questionnaires, Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire EORTC QLQ -C30, Karnofsky Performance Status ( KPS ) scale. Results The overall health status score of acute leukemia patient receiving chemotherapy was ( 4. 11 ± 1. 21 ). The three items with top scores were cognitive function, financial difficulties, and emotional function. Ages, KPS score, satisfaction with medical care were the main factors including QoL. The total coefficient of determination ( R2 ) was 0. 317 and multiple correlation coefficient ( R) was 0. 563. Conclusion Cognitive function, economic difficulties, emotional function are the most important aspects that reflect the QoL of acute leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy. Age, KPS score, and degree of satisfaction with medical care are the major influencing factors.关键词
