Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Icraiin in Kanggu Zengsheng Pills. Methods The Diamansil C18 column(250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was used at the column temperature of 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile -water(29 :71), at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The UV detective wavelength was 270 nm. Results The calibration curve of Icraiin was linear over the range of 0.061 8-0.309 μg, r = 1.000 0(n=5).The average recovery rate was 98. 09%, with RSD = l. 11% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Kanggu Zengsheng Pills.关键词
