Abstract
Objective To analyze the review comments for natural science foundation of China (NSFC) and investigate the method for promoting meticulous fund management and raising the gain rate. Methods The review comments for 64 NSFC of Beijing neurosurgical institute from 2006 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, found management deficiencies were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were made. Results The main reasons for the failed gain of 47 NSFC support were : not enough novelty, without feasibility, insufficient basis for making a point, indefinite of objective , weak working foundation, unreasonable administration of staff and time. The gain rate of the institute was improved by 36% in the next year. Conclusion Analyzing the review comments for NSFC to promote meticulous fund management could improve the gain rate of NSFC support.关键词
