摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the UV method and the HPLC method in the determination of inosine in Compound Inosine Oral Solution. Methods Inosine in Compound Inosine Oral Solution were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer (UV) and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results The average recovery rates of UV and HPLC were 99. 4% ( RSD = 0. 59% ) and 100. 2% ( RSD = 1. 11% ), respectively. Conclusion The detection results of two methods are consistent.关键词
