摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study on the optimum extraction process for the polysaccharide water extraction from CHANCII RADIX.[ Method] L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to select the optimum extraction condition for polysaccharide in CHANGⅡ RADIX with polysaccharide content as the index. [Result] The optimum process for polysaccharide water extraction from CHANGⅡ RADIX was 1: 30 solid-liquid ratio,75 ℃ extraction temperature, three times of extraction, and 2 h extraction time. And the yield rate of polysaccharide was as high as 21.73%.[Conclusion] This method was reasonable, steady and feasible and could be used as an extraction method for polysaccharide extraction from CHANGⅡ RADIX.
