摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy under laparscopic and the prevention of the complication. Methods: We reviewed and analyzed the clinical data of 32 patients who underwent hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy under laparscopic from Mar. 2010 to Jun. 2011. Results:All of 32 cases,! patient occurred ureterovaginal fistula(cause by tardive electrical injury) ,in the end of operation 1 patient was confirmed that his bladder was injured because the urine bag was full of air and had big tension. The rest of 30 cases were satisfacted with surgical results. Conclusions: Hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy under laparscopic use less time, no more bleeding, fewer complication, postoperative recovery faster than normal, it is feasibility of hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy under laparscopic, it is advantage of microtrauma laparscopic in the area of gynecology.关键词
