Abstract
Objective:To investigate the operative experience and application value of laparoscopic myomectomy (LM). Methods: The clinical data of 380 patients who underwent LM from Jul. 2009 to Jul. 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Multiple hysteromyo-ma was located by preoperative ultrasound. During operation laparoscopy was combined with hysteroscopy if necessary. The ureteral catheter was used for patients with hysteromyoma in cervix and broad ligament myoma to avoid ureter injury. Results: All operations were successful without conversions to laparotomy. No ureteral injury or other complications occurred. Conclusions: As the improvement of laparoscopy and the accumulation of experience, indication of LM can be gradually expanded.关键词
