外来入侵植物假臭草总黄酮提取工艺研究
Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids in the Invasive Plant-Eupatorium catarium Veldkamp
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to optimize the technology for extracting total flavonoids from Eupatorium catarium. [ Method] Based on the single-factor test, the extraction process of total flavonoids from Eupatorium catarium was optimized by using L9 (33) orthogonal test with 4' ,5,6, 7-tetramethoxyflavone as standard and the total flavonoids content as index. [Result] The optimum conditions of ultrasonic extraction were 2.5 hours as extraction time, 40% methonal (V/V) as solvent, solid-liquid ratio 1:20 ( g/ml). The content of total flavonoids in Eupatorium catarium was 1.36%. [Conclusion] This extraction process is rational, stable and practicable.关键词
