摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to reveal the potential ecological damage of M. Bimucronata,the chemical sensitive effects of leaves water extracts were studied in this paper. [Method]By using the biological determined methods and the formula,five different concentrations of leaves extracts were used to treat the three cultivated species in Solanaceae to calculate germination rate index,chemical sensitive effects index and composite index. [Result] With the enhancement of the concentration, the negative effects increased significantly to the germination of Solarium melon-gena,Capsicum frutescens,and Lycopersicum esculentum,and the negative effects order showed Solanum melongena > Lycopersicum esculentum > Capsicum frutescens. The results were complex for root growth of three different species under different concentrations treatments. [ Conclusion]The M. Bimucronata leaves have a significant chemical sensitive effects to seed germination of three different cultivated species in Solanaceae.
