摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The endophytic bacteria from cucumber planted in greenhouse in Xinjiang was studied in order to find out safe and effective biological measures for controlling cucurbits diseases. [ Method ] The endophytic bacteria in different tissues of cucumber planted in greenhouse in Xinjiang was isolated, meanwhile the composition and density of endophytic bacteria were studied. [Result] These strains were preliminarily classified as Bacillus spp. , Xanthomonas spp. ,Erwinia spp. , Agrobacterium spp. And Curtobacterium. Among these five genera, isolates of Bacillus were the dominant endophytic bacteria in cucumber plants,accounting for 51.9%. Population of the endophytic bacteria were biggest in root(2.38×105 CFU/gfw),secondly in leaf(1.12 × 105 CFU/gfw) and smallest in stem(2.73 × 103 CFU/gfw). Endophytic bacteria contents in different cultivars ranged from 7.96 × 104 CFU/gfw to 1.51 × 105 CFU/gfw. [ Conclusion] The research lays a foundation for seeking biological inhibitory factors of cucurbits diseases.
