2-(4-甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑的合成
The Synthesis of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) Benzimidazole
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The para-chlorobenzaldehyde and o-phenylene diamine were directly synthesized into 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole in phosphoric acid. [Method] The process conditions of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole synthesis were optimized by single factor experiment. The structure of target product was confirmed by using melting point detector, elementary analyzer and infrared spectrum. [ Result] The ratio between o-phenylene diamine and para-chlorobenzaldehyde was 1.0:1.2; the reaction time was 3 h; the reaction temperature was 44 ℃ ; under above conditions, the yield of 2-(4-methoxyphenyl) benzimidazole may reach 72.8%. In the same conditions, the repeating experiments are also done which offered the average yield of 72.5%. [ Conclusion] The process route has some advantages of good-color product, simple operation and less corrosive, so it will have good application value.关键词
