Abstract
In order to solve the problems of basic data collection, management of planning and implementation, an integrated power system planning information system was developed, which can complete the business man agement of power network planning and the assistant decision-making of planning. The system consists of three components-, basic data platform (BDP), to realize the management of various kinds of basic data for planning; planning business management subsystem (PBMS), to accomplish the process management of vari ous planning businesses of the planning department; and planning decision-making support subsystem (PDSS), to offer some aided decision analysis functions required in planning and project management processes for planners. Applications and implementations in actual planning work of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation show that the proposed system can improve the level of informatization, planning management, and efficiency of power system planning work.关键词
