丙烯海松双酰基硫脲衍生物的合成及抑菌活性研究
Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of Diacylthiourea Derivatives Containing Acrylpimaryl Group

Abstract
Acrylpimaric acid was prepared from rosin through Diels-Alder addition reaction, then series of diacylthiourea derivatives containing acrylpimaryl group were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activity of diacylthiourea derivatives against Cram-negalive bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria were also investigated. The results indicated that diacylthiourea derivatives displayed extensive anti-bacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria. Especially, compared with commercial anti-bacterial agent (bromogeramine) , compound 4f exhibits superior anti-bacterial activity against Escherickia coli(Gram-negative bacteria).关键词
