中国耕地有效供给评价及影响因素分析
Evaluation on Effective Supply and Influencing Factors of China' s Cultivated land
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the contradiction of cultivated land between supply and demand is becoming increasingly sharp. It's the problem we should solve in quite a long period that how to guarantee a certain quantity and quality of cultivated land supply, and strengthen the land resources' supporting capacity with rapid social and economic development Based on the analysis framework of effective supply of cultivated land resources, this paper used economic and social data, as wellas land use data of 31 provinces (cities, municipalities) in China from 1998 to 2008 to evaluate the effective supply levels of cultivated land of each province ( city, municipality) ,and to analyze the influencing factors by major factor analysis method. It discovered that, from 1998 to 2008, the coefficients of the effective supply level of cultivated land of the whole country kept around 1, and achieved a balance between supply and demand of effective cultivated land. The effective supply levels of cultivated land in eight middle provinces were higher than the levels of eastern and western provinces, and the levels of 11 eastern provinces declined fastest Based on the summary that the effective supply level of cultivated land was affected by the factors of agricultural input, technical advance, economy, policy etc. , this paper emphasized building the effective supply system, leading by market demand, attaching importance to agricultural input and technological progress, and keeping the quantity of cultivated land stable.关键词
