庄河产薏苡仁中氨基酸含量的测定
Content Determination of Amino Acid in Coix Seed from Zhuanghe
摘要
Abstract
The content of amino acid in coix seed from Zhuanghe was determined after dealt with national standard method GB/T 5009.124 -2003. The results showed that there are 16 kinds of amino acids in coix seed, including Asp, Thr, Ser, Glu, Gly, Ala, Val, Met, Ile, Leu,Tyr, Phe, Lys, His, Arg, Pro, with contents 1 350.0, 252.0, 349.0, 1 480.0, 214.0, 699.0, 297.0, 84.3, 181.0, 544.0, 169.0,215.0, 208.0, 170.0, 456.0, 846.0 jig/kg respectively.关键词
