摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The effects of plasticizer concentration and drying temperature on the oil resistance and mechanical properties of film of soy protein isolate were studied [Method] Soy protein isolate was taken as the film -forming materia. The oil absorption rate, tensile strength and elongation at break were tested through changing the plasticizer concentrations (1% , 2% , 3% ) and drying temperature (50 ℃ , 60 ℃ , 70 ℃). [ Results] When the plasticizer concentration was 2% , the tensile strength and oil resistance were best. When heat treatment was done on the membrane liquid, the suitable drying temperature was 60 ℃. [Conclusion] This study improved the mechanical properties and barrier properties of soy protein isolate film.
