摘要
Abstract
By dint of acetone and trichloracetic acid , Sephadex G-50, DEAE-cellulose column and Sep-pak to isolate and purify and using SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, it was found that SDS-PAGE polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis had only one band and the purified element had anti-freezing, and the element was a new protein.关键词
