Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol contents in Xiaozhuotonglin granules. [Method] The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Xiaozhuotonglin granules was determined by using HPLC. The separation was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS c (250.0 mm ×4.6 mm,5μn). The mobile phase was methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (48:52) at the flow rate of 1.1 ml/min. The defection wavelength was 360 nm. [ Result ] The linear range of quercetin was in the range of 0.075 2 -0.2705 μg, the addition recovery rate was 99.5% ,RSD =0.30% (n=6), the linear range of kaempferol was in the range of 0.113 0 - 0.406 8 μg, the addition recovery rate was 99.7% ,RSD=0. 34% (n=6). [Conclusion] The method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Xiaozhuotonglin granules by HPLC is simple, rapid, good repeatability and accurate, and it is suitable for the determination of Xiaozhuotonglin granules.关键词
