成渝地区农民工未来职业意向的特点与影响因素分析
The Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Future Occupation Intentions of Migrant Workers in Chengdu and Chongqing
摘要
Abstract
Questionnaire survey was used for future occupation intentions of migrant workers in Chengdu and Chongqing,moreover,the characteristics and influencing factors of occupation intention of migrant workers in Chengdu and Chongqing were analyzed. In general,the city occupation intention of migrant workers were significantly greater than fanner occupation intention and rural non-agricultural occupation intention. The rural non-agricultural occupation intention of migrant workers was significantly greater than farmer occupation intention. Gender, age, education level, marital status, income level and duration of work were influencing factors of future occupation intentions.关键词
