有机胺在低温下对小麦种子萌发和幼苗根系活力的影响
Influence of Organic Amine on Germination of Seed and Root Vigor of Seedlings in Wheat under Low Temperature
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The effects of the organic amine (PTAB) on the seed germination and root vigor of different winter wheat varieties under the different low temperature were studied. [ Method] Under the low temperature of 5,10 and 15 ℃ ,the wheat was made for the seed soaking and leaf spraying treatment with the different PTAB concn. (0,10,20,50,100 mg/L)to investigate the effect of PTAB on the seed germination and root vigor of the seedlings in 2 winter wheat varieties. [ Result]PTAB had the promoting effect on the wheat germination energy,sprout length,average root length,maximum root length and root vigor under different low temperature and had the similar effects on the two wheat varieties. The treatment with 50 mg/L PTAB under 5℃ could get best effect and that with 10-20 mg/L PTAB under 10 -15 ℃ could also get best effect. PTAB had the effect on the cold resistance of all the tested winter wheat varieties. The concn. That PTAB played the promoter action and the inhibitory action under different low temperature was different. In the test temperature range,when the temperature was lower,the PTAB with higher concn. Could get better effect and when the temperature was increased,the PTAB with lower concn. Could get better effect. The PTAB with high concn. Had the inhibitory action on the growth of the root. [Conclusion] Under the low temperature,PTAB with suitable concn. Had the promoting effect on the seed germination and young root growth of the wheat.关键词
