Progress on Metal Ions Fluorescent Probe Based on the Off-on Mechanism of Rhodamine Derivatives
罗丹明类化合物作为荧光探针具有很多优点,所以对其结构与性能的研究和识别机理的研究一直是该领域的热点.主要就近年来在基于off-on机理的罗丹明基金属离子荧光探针研究领域中出现的新的研究方向做简要综述.
Rhodamine dyes have excellent photophysical and photochemical properties, therefore, study on relationship between structures and effects and recognizable theory has become one of a very important issue in making fluorescent probes. The latest progresses in the field of rhodamine-based fluorescent probes for cations are reviewed. The developing trends in this field are also discussed.
