Dilemma and Countermeasures of Rural Human Resources in the Construction of New Countryside
摘要
Abstract
The arrangement of human resources in the new countryside construction was studied. Result suggested that the simple planned and market human resources arrangement and the urban-rural duel economy development form was the historical and realistic root of poor quality and efficiency of human resources in rural China. Considering the current human resources in China, the arrangement of human resources in the rural area in future was proposed which was to adhere to the comprehensive human resources arrangement by combining government macro-govern with the market infrastructure, and to materialize the development of urban and rural human resources through comprehensive strategy and many channels.关键词
