摘要
Abstract
In this work.TiCU solution was used to treat ITO glass substrate and TiOz anode films,and the influence of this treatment on dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC) light-to-current efficiency was studied. Fistly.ITO glass substrate was treated by 0. 15 mol/L TiCl, solution,subsequently,after the sintering,the obtained TiO2 anode film was treated by 0. 05 mol/L TiCl* solution again. Additionally, a small amount of MgO was added into the TiO2 collide to modify the anode TiO2 film,after the treatments mentioned above, a relatively high light-to-current efficiency of 8. 47% was achieved. However,the efficiency of DSSC based on untreated TiO2 film is only 5. 75 % .which indicates that the efficiency of DSSC improved by 47% after the treatment.关键词
