锂离子电池纳米NiO负极材料的制备
Preparation of Nano-sized NiO Anode Material for Lithium Ion Battery
摘要
Abstract
The Ni(OH)2 precursor was prepared by precipitation method. It was calcinated at 500 X^ for 2 h in air,and the NiO material was obtained. The structure,morphology and performance were characterized by XRD.SEM,charge-discharge tests,cyclic vol-tammetry (CV) tests and the lithium insertion-extraction was studied. The results showed that the nano-scale NiO material had a grainy structure and good cycling performance. The reversible specific capacity was not decreased obviously in forty cycles. The reversible specific capacity was 400 mA ? H/g at the 40th cycle,and the coulombic efficiency was 95%.关键词
