Abstract
In high-voltage DC power supply, the high-voltage high-frequency transformer is the key component to step up voltage, transfer energy and isolate circuits. Its performance directly affects the operation of the primary and secondary circuits. The distributed parameters of the high-voltage high-frequency transformer were leakage inductance and stray capacitance. Firstly, the mechanism of the stray capacitance in high-voltage high-frequency transformer was analyzed, and the equivalent circuit of four-winding high-voltage transformer was introduced in this paper. Secondly, the stray capacitance of the high-voltage high-frequency transformer was deduced by analytic approach according to its geometric parameters. And the dynamic capacitance of high-voltage high frequency in the two different directions was compared. At last, a 60 kV high voltage high frequency transformer was designed, and its stray capacitance was tested. The result is in agreement with the theoretical value.关键词
